Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the shipping of all business leather footwear sold to consumers in EU member states, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and related regulations on cross-border trade. These Terms and Conditions apply regardless of whether you place an order through our official website (nexusgepro.com) or other channels.

WIDE SAILOR LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we"), as the seller, is responsible for arranging the entire shipping process from the factory to the designated delivery address in an EU member state. Customer Service Contact Information:

2. Shipping Time
2.1 Standard Shipping Time
Once you complete payment and confirm the delivery address, we will arrange shipment within 5-7 business days.​
2.2 Shipping Delays

Shipping time may be extended in the following circumstances, and we will notify you in advance by email:

Temporary out-of-stock of the ordered item (maximum delay of 10 business days);

National holidays or force majeure (such as natural disasters, factory equipment failure, etc.);

3. Shipping Time and Scope

3.1 Shipping Period

Shipping time from shipment to the designated address in an EU member state is 20-40 business days, depending on:

Destination country (usually 20-30 days for major Western European countries, 25-40 days for Southern, Eastern, and Northern European countries);

Local customs clearance efficiency;

The logistics service provider's final delivery arrangements.

3.2 Shipping Scope

All EU member states are covered, including but not limited to: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Greece, etc. Overseas territories and special administrative regions outside the EU (such as French Guiana) are not currently supported.

4. Shipping Methods and Logistics Providers

Our primary logistics providers are:

International Express: DHL, UPS (for urgent orders, an additional expedited fee will apply)

Standard Logistics: China-Europe Express combined transport + local delivery in Europe (default shipping method)

All shipments come with full tracking. After shipment, we will email you a tracking number and tracking link. You can check the status of your shipment in real time at nexusgepro.com/tracking or on the respective logistics provider's official website.

5. Shipping Fees and Payment

5.1 Calculation

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the order amount, weight, and shipping destination. The exact fee can be viewed during checkout.

5.2 Payment

Shipping fees must be paid along with the product purchase price upon order confirmation. We accept common payment methods such as credit cards and PayPal.

6. Customs Clearance and Taxes
6.1 Customs Clearance Responsibilities
We are responsible for providing the commercial invoice, packing list, and other documents required for customs clearance. However, the customs clearance process is assisted by the logistics provider. You must ensure that the recipient's information (name, address, and contact information) is accurate to avoid any problems with customs clearance. 6.2 Tax and Fee Responsibility

According to EU Value Added Tax (VAT) and Customs Tariff regulations:

Product prices do not include EU import duties and VAT.

These taxes and fees are payable by the recipient to the local customs office or logistics provider upon delivery (the specific amount will be determined by the customs office of the destination country).

We will clearly indicate any applicable taxes and fees on the order confirmation page. Your order is deemed to be your acceptance of these terms.

7. Packaging and Product Protection

To protect your business leather shoes from damage during long-distance transportation, we will adopt the following packaging measures:

Each pair of leather shoes will be individually dust-baged and placed in a reinforced shoe box.

Waterproof corrugated cardboard will be used for the exterior, with cushioning material inside.

Boxes will be marked with "Fragile" and "Store Upward" signs.

If your item is damaged during transportation, please send a photo to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a return or exchange according to the EU Return Policy.

8. Shipping Risk and Liability
8.1 Transfer of Risk
Title and risk of shipment transfer to you upon receipt of the goods. If the goods are lost or damaged before receipt, we will assume responsibility and arrange for replacement or a full refund.

8.2 Liability for Delays
If shipping takes longer than 40 business days due to our fault or that of the carrier, you have the right to:
Cancel your order and receive a full refund (including the purchase price and shipping costs).
We are not responsible for delays caused by the following circumstances:
Force majeure factors such as customs inspections and policy adjustments
The delivery address you provided is incorrect or you cannot contact the recipient
Unforeseen events such as strikes or natural disasters in the destination country

9. Address Changes and Refusal of Delivery
9.1 Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please submit a request by email before the goods are shipped. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees (€15-€30) and may increase shipping time. 9.2 Unreasonable Refusal
If you refuse to accept delivered goods without justifiable reasons, you will be responsible for:

Depreciation of the goods due to refusal (up to 20% of the product value)

10. Terms Updates and Dispute Resolution

These terms may be updated based on changes in logistics policies or EU regulations. Updated terms will be posted on our website (nexusgepro.com/policies) and will take effect from the date of posting.
